Real Madrid is missing playing with The Best Cristiano Ronaldo, claimed by his former teammate and the Left-back Marcelo.

Real Madrid lost the club’s all-time top goalscorer Ronaldo in the summer as the Portuguese decided to put an end to his nine-year spell at Bernabeu.

After leading Los Blancos to their 13th Champions league victory and third in three consecutive years, Ronaldo expressed his desire to end things with the Spanish giants. The 33-year old signed for the Serie A side Juventus for a record €112m.

Despite failing to find his first goal in Juventus shirt, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner has led his new team to two wins in two games with his splendid performances.

On the other hand, Real Madrid also started off well in the La Liga as men in whites won their first two games. However, a defeat to Atletico in the UEFA Super Cup raised a lot of questions over Madrid’s vulnerability without Ronaldo.

Speaking after the league clash against Girona, Ronaldo’s former teammate and close friend Marcelo claimed that Los Blancos missing the likes of Ronaldo is obvious.

“He [Ronaldo] is best in the world. It’s obvious that you miss playing with him but Bale and Benzema are really good too”, the Brazilian said.

While former partner in crime in front of the net Benzema added, “You can never forget Cristiano.”

“He was so important to Real Madrid and scored many goals, and as Marcelo said, is one of the best attackers in the world, but we have to start thinking about a different team with different players.”
